New Dawn provides short term business loans, secured on property. We work with introducing brokers, and their clients, to achieve the best possible outcomes on their business finance requirements.

Whatever the loan, we look to make the client's journey as seamless as possible. From the initial quotation, right through the application process, to completion and beyond.
As a lender, our objective is to lend to clients who know what they want to achieve, and have firm plans in place to be able to repay their loan within twelve months.
